Sunday Worship Service
Starting this weekend, we are providing an in-person and live streamed worship service on Sundays at 10 a.m. We appreciate the small group who have gathered on Saturdays to record the service over the last few weeks, but we have missed our regular times of face-to-face connection on Sunday mornings. We encourage you to attend either in person (with a mask) or at home via live stream (no mask required ). This allows us to all worship “together” again as the body of Christ. Moving forward, we will continue to live stream. We will always prefer actual face-to-face contact, but this does allow us all to stay more connected, including those who are sick or homebound.
For those who are able to attend In-person:
– Please use the signup genius to sign up to attend church so we keep our total below 50% of capacity (very conservatively set at 40)

– Masks are required for everyone over age 5 for all indoor events in Dane County (with standard health exemptions).
– We will continue to encourage physical distancing between households in our seating.
– The church is thoroughly cleaned and high-touch surfaces are sanitized each week. Hand sanitizer is available.
– Coffee/tea will be served by a hospitality team member wearing a mask and gloves.
– We are not able to offer Kids Connection. But children are welcome to sit with their parents in the sanctuary. We have some clipboards with activities and coloring available.
– We are not able to offer a staffed nursery. But the (newly repainted!) nursery is available for parents to supervise their own children (aged 5 or under). Toys are located towards the back of the community room, under the wall cabinets – please pick out a few for your child to play with and clean and sanitize them after use. There is a speaker in the nursery and you can turn up the volume switch on the wall so you can still hear the worship and sermon. The office also has a speaker and sound and can be used as a “cry room” for infants.
For those who attend via live stream:
– Look for the New Crossing Church page on Facebook. Be sure to “like” and “follow” us so you receive our posts. Pull up the page and the service will start at 10 a.m.
